GIRLS Flag

Program Overview

Girls flag football is on the rise and is expanding at an unprecedented rate. This exciting, non-contact sport is helping girls build confidence, athletic skills, and teamwork through competition in both Spring and Fall seasons.


Age Divisions

We offer a combined 5th/6th grade and a combined 7th/8th grade girls teams


Coaches & Volunteers

Our Programs are led by volunteer coaches who are committed to providing a positive and encouraging experience.

All coaches are required to:

  • Complete background checks
  • Follow guidelines and safety standards
  • Adhere to league codes of conduct

Parents and guardians are encouraged to volunteer as coaches or team helpers to support the program.


Practice & Game Schedule

  • Practices: Typically held 2 - 3 times per week
  • Game Days: Saturdays

Practice schedules and game assignments will be shared once teams are formed. Attendance expectations will be communicated by coaches.


Uniforms & Equipment

Provided by the Program:

  • Jersey
  • Flags

Required from Families:

  • Cleats or athletic shoes
  • Weather-appropriate layers for game days
  • Mouthguard

Additional accessories may be provided or required depending on the team and age group.


Registration Information

Online registration includes league fees, insurance, uniform costs (if applicable), field access, and administrative expenses.

  • Early registration is encouraged to support team assignments
  • Late registration may be accepted based on availability
  • Payment plans or financial assistance may be offered

Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to uphold a positive and respectful environment. Unsportsmanlike behavior or inappropriate sideline conduct will not be tolerated. Our goal is to create a supportive atmosphere that reflects good sportsmanship and community pride.
